PYRAMID HONEY - Identity Design / Packaging
Why Pyramid Honey? Well, it is believed that honey was discovered in Egyptian Pyramids, thousands of years ago, apparently well preserved in jars – hard to bee-lieve. The brand name also has further ties with the hexagonal pattern of the honeycomb wax cells, where bees store all the goodness. The pyramid of cells place above PYRAMID was to playfully accentuate the overall meaning and use of the word PYRAMID. 'Honey' was added in at an angle, using a tubular and flowing font style, as if squeezing the fresh honey at the end (honey splatter).
Pyramid Honey wanted to tap into the market of urban beekeeping, producing small quantities of raw honey, which will be distributed at local community markets and stores.
